1. What Deletion Means
Deleting your account will:
- Remove your profile and authentication credentials.
- Delete or anonymize your appointments (subject to legal retention duties, if any).
- Remove community posts and attached media (or anonymize author).
- Invalidate push notification tokens.
Some backups or logs may retain minimal data for a limited period (e.g., up to 30–60 days) before automated purge.
2. Important & Irreversible
This action cannot be undone. After processing, you will need to create a new account to use the Services again.
3. How to Proceed
You can submit a deletion request using the form below. We will send a confirmation email (if required) and complete the request typically within 7 days (often sooner) unless legal obligations require limited retention.

5. Processing Timeline
- Immediate: We enqueue your request and lock login.
- Within 24h: Primary data removal/anonymization.
- Within 7 days: Media & derived cache cleanup.
- Backups: Rotated out in the next scheduled cycle (up to 30–60 days).
6. Check Request Status
If you submitted a request and need an update, email: privacy@mineers.example.
7. Can I Reverse It?
If the deletion has not yet been processed (usually within the first few hours), contact support immediately. After finalization, data restoration is not possible.
8. Legal / Compliance
Certain minimal records may be retained if legally required (e.g., fraud prevention logs). These are isolated and not used for active profiling.
