This Privacy Policy explains how Mineers ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Mineers mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you create an account or use the App, we may collect the following information:

  • Phone number
  • Appointment and booking details
  • Dental and health-related information you voluntarily provide during consultations or communications with Mineers Smile Center

  • Schedule and manage dental appointments
  • Send appointment reminders and notifications via email, SMS, or push notifications

The Mineers application is used in connection with dental services provided by Mineers Smile Center. Any dental or health-related information you provide is used solely to deliver those services. This information is stored securely and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the dental services you have requested, or as required by law.

  • Firebase (Google) — authentication, database storage, and push notifications
  • Expo — mobile app infrastructure and push notification delivery
  • Google Play / Apple App Store — app distribution

Your account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours.

The Mineers app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at mineersmile@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

All data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. The current version will always be available within the App.
